SHOPPING INFORMATION

We only charge a small amount of money to deliver your order products. Delivery charge inside Dhaka is 70tk and it cost 100tk to delivered outside Dhaka.

We delivers all over Bangladesh through third-party courier agencies & offers home delivery in selected metro areas through third party delivery agent.

We ensure next day delivery inside Dhaka. It takes maximum 3-5 days to deliver outside Dhaka. Sometimes you will get very fast because of traffic or lack of delivery problems.

After your order, we carefully check and pack the products, and send to your address. we always call to confirm orders.

Yes you will receive an invoice by email as well as with your product.

We believes in communication with consumers to mitigate any sort of services gaps. We confirm each and every single orders by calling the customers before dispatching; additionally, consumers will receive phone calls from deliverer as well.

Return Refund and Warranty Policy

Yes, you can cancel your order before the product goes to the shipment. If you made mistakes, just knock our customer care.

Most products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the same if the product has not been opened and is in the same sealed condition. However this is product specific and has to be approved before a return can be done. Please send an e mail to [email protected] or call (+880) 1754088291  to check if a product can be returned. Please note, any product that has been opened becomes a “used” product even if it never has been used and as such cannot be treated as a return. Only unopened products can be considered for returns.

 If a product is received and is in defective condition ( Dead On Arrival ) or damaged the product will be replaced with a new product. The product has to be shipped back to Gadget Panel with all original packing and accessories with no damage to serial numbers. Shipping charges for the return will be refunded.

 Once the product is received We will test to see if the product is Dead on Arrival and inspect the product for any damages due to misuse, burn outs or wrong handling which Warranty does not cover, and after which if the product is found to be defective we will get a new replacement from the brand and send it with shipping charges paid by us. In case a replacement is not available an alternate will be suggested or a full refund will be done.

 If product is defective or DOA All delivery charges “from” and “to” will be borne by Gadget Panel
